Impact Analytics & Advisory Lab is an independent consultancy bridging rigorous academic research and real-world health policy. We specialize in health economics, disease modelling, and diagnostic evaluation — producing analyses that are both methodologically sound and decision-relevant.
Led by a researcher with dual academic and policy experience, including senior positions at leading global health organizations and professorships at research universities, IA&AL brings deep technical expertise together with an understanding of how evidence actually shapes decisions in global health systems.
We work across tuberculosis, HIV, antimicrobial resistance, non-communicable diseases, global health security, health systems, and pandemic preparedness, partnering with ministries of health, multilateral agencies, NGOs, and industry to answer questions that matter.
